Rim repairs – A new service 

@TheWheel is delighted to announce the addition of rim repair services to our already extensive service offering. The rim repair service was born from customer demand and the fact that @TheWheel’s superior customer service is renowned in the Tanzanian market. This being the case, we therefore thought it would be a great fit with our portfolio to launch this new service to our customers.

Rim repair process can be broken down into three smaller services. Firstly

The “Tupo Wote” campaign 

In 2020 @TheWheel launched its new advertising campaign titled “Tupo Wote.” Which translated into English means, “We are together.” This marked a significant milestone for the @TheWheel brand, not only because it was our fourth year of operating in the Tanzanian market, but because the advertising campaign was born from within our organization.
