On June 2nd, 2024, @The Wheel hosted a dynamic Sales Training program in collaboration with Exact Manpower Consulting Limited at the NAS Tyres offices in Dar es Salaam.

The workshop featured sessions on Customer Service Fundamentals, Product Knowledge, and Sales Techniques, along with engaging activities designed to foster team bonding. The event then moved on to a Feedback Session, emphasizing the importance of constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
As a highlight, the workshop concluded with an awards ceremony recognizing outstanding employees for their exceptional achievements and contributions during the training.
